We are cultivating a circle of Sustainable Systems Coaches, representing a broad range of expertise from local government, to non-profit leaders, from industry professionals and entrepreneurs to community champions.

Coaches mentor our student Ambassadors as young problem solvers, and they provide expert content knowledge and real-world curriculum resources to our teacher leaders. We are building our circle of Coaches with a strong diversity of representation.

We want to secure the expertise needed to support our range of community and classroom projects including all of the systems in our sustainable sandwich, and to increase opportunities for partnership learning and collective impact.

Sustainable Systems Coaches are responsible for…

  • Being familiar with Sustainability Ambassadors

  • Sharing knowledge, modeling systems thinking and problem solving.

  • Becoming an effective mentor.

  • Supporting opportunities for job shadow days and internships.

  • Promoting career awareness.

  • Providing feedback.

  • Building connections among professional circles.

  • Creating organizational learning partnership and funding opportunities.
