Vaibhav Narayanan (he/him), a remarkable rising 8th grader at TIMBERLINE Middle School in the esteemed Lake Washington School District, is driven by a passion for community service and sustainable living. After attending an awe-inspiring all hands leadership event, he became inspired by the impactful projects and exceptional skills demonstrated by the Sustainability Ambassadors. Eager to contribute and expand his knowledge, he eagerly seeks to collaborate with the Ambassadors, recognizing the organization as an extraordinary opportunity to make a difference. With a fervent desire to become an entrepreneur and contribute to economic growth, Vaibhav actively participates in future problem-solving competitions and dedicates his time to the NJHS club, volunteering for tree-planting initiatives in local parks to restore nature and promote sustainability. He embraces eco-friendly practices like walking to nearby places and spreads awareness about sustainable actions. In his free time, Vaibhav showcases his musical talent through percussion instruments and enjoys swimming, jogging, and playing badminton as both singles and doubles. Committed to reducing his environmental impact, his carbon footprint stands at 11.38 metric tons of CO2 per year, below the US average, while his water footprint amounts to 1694 gallons per day. With a strong determination, Vaibhav actively seeks to further reduce his water consumption through rainwater preservation and mindful water usage.
