Austin Hsu

Austin Hsu is a rising senior at Redmond High School who’s interested in video game development and technology. As a kid, he spent his summers at environmental camps at the Brightwater Center, where he first developed a deeper appreciation for nature and sustainability.  That early experience inspired him to apply to join the Sustainability Ambassadors. Running cross country and spending time on forest trails has also deepened his appreciation for nature and the need to protect it. As a Sustainability Ambassador, he hopes to learn more about local environmental issues, take part in projects that help his community become more sustainable, and put more effort into helping others understand these issues and how they can make a difference too.
