Amy Lu

Amy is a rising senior at Redmond High School who loves her home in the Pacific Northwest. She is grateful for the abundance of beautiful lakes, trails, and views in Washington, from which her passion for sustainability stemmed. Amy loves building connections within her community and is excited to be a part of Sustainability Ambassadors. She is interested in the intersection between business, technology, and sustainability. She hopes to pursue such an interdisciplinary field in the future. As an advocate for civic engagement, Amy serves as the president of her school’s National Honor Society chapter. She is also involved in DECA, where she has competed twice at the international level and was the State and District champion in her event this year! Additionally, Amy enjoys running varsity cross country and track and field, happily exploring trails while she’s at it.
