Thin Film Solar Engineering
BIO: Gabriella Tosado is a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington. She has been studying perovskite crystal solar cell stability in order to bring them one step closer to commercialization to help us transition into a clean energy future. She has presented her research at international conferences and has won the Clean Energy Institute Fellowship as well as the National Science Foundation Fellowship. Now Gaby is the outreach coordinator for the Clean Energy Institute, spearheading clean energy outreach throughout Washington and is passionate about bringing more women into STEM. She will be attending the expanding your horizons women in STEM workshop in South Korea where she will network with leaders from around the world working towards this endeavor.
