Peter Donaldson is a consummate storyteller and master teacher with over 35 years’ experience in education and strategic community facilitation. As Director of Sustainability Ambassadors, Peter coaches student leaders, teacher leaders and community leaders to drive collective impact at the intersection between sustainability education and measurable improvements in community conditions. Peter leads the Teacher Fellows Program and facilitates the Project Design Lab supporting teacher leaders in educating for sustainability.

Cassandra Houghton is a highly driven student leader working towards a sustainable community through positive peer pressure, impressive public speaking and personal learning. Growing up, Cassandra gained a deep love and passion for the natural world from hikes and wilderness adventures with her mom. As, she got older this passion turned into a strong sense of responsiblity to dedicate her life to helping people and the planet. Cassandra joined Sustainability Ambassadors when she was in 8th grade. She went on to become our first paid intern and eventually our first Student Leadership Coordinator. She is currently tracking the number of green buildings in King County, managing the organization's website, and coordinating a team of 30 student Ambassadors. Her work is also focused on expanding and coordinating the Ambassadors internship program. Cassandra is a 2013 graduate of Tahoma High School and a 2017 graduate of The Evergreen State Collge where she studied Ecology and Sustainable Systems. She loves hiking, dancing, yoga, juggling and gardening.
