Tanushri Goyal

Tanushri Goyal, a freshman at Lake Washington High School, is dedicated to promoting sustainability through education campaigns for young students. She started a “Kids for Change” initiative, bringing climate change education to various elementary schools in a hands-on, engaging way. Tanushri is also the founder and president of a Mental Health Awareness club, where she actively works to create a supportive environment for her peers.  In addition to her advocacy work, Tanushri is a member of her school’s varsity badminton team. Her diverse interests extend to participating in DECA, where she has competed at the state level, and FFA, where she has achieved notable placements in agricultural issues and food science and technology competitions.  Tanushri remains committed to expanding her impact in the community, continuously seeking opportunities to advance causes she is passionate about, such as sustainability and advocacy.
