Ananya Sharda

Ananya Sharda is a junior at Interlake High School in Bellevue who is passionate about sustainability and entrepreneurship. Her interest in environmental issues has grown through experiences in youth advocacy, where she has worked on climate-focused initiatives and helped share resources with students, families, and local leaders. She also serves on the Bellevue School District Sustainability Design Team. Outside of sustainability, she enjoys Indian classical music, which she has studied for over eight years, as well as mentoring younger students in entrepreneurship. She joined Sustainability Ambassadors to learn how to turn ideas into measurable action, collaborate with other students who care about similar issues, and better understand how young people can influence sustainability within their schools and communities.
