On this page, a Form allows users to submit their own Resources to the Resources Library.
Each field is filled out (Haazel is determining the needs of the Form). Once finished, the users click Submit.
The information is sent to the PendingResources database.
The page resets, and the process can start again.
I may implement a 'maximum submits for today' sort of thing to prevent misuse of the system. Either now, or later, or not at all. Will discuss before doing so.
