Anika Kolagotla is currently a junior at Skyline High School in the Issaquah School District. She joined Sustainability Ambassadors in the spring of 2022 to develop impactful solutions to climate change with like-minded peers. Anika is a dedicated environmentalist who believes in the power of youth and technology in creating a cleaner, sustainable future. She is especially interested in sustainable systems of agriculture, a passion she developed as a volunteer for a non-profit aquaponics farm in India. Anika's water footprint is 1,550 gallons per day, which is about 17% below the national average. Her carbon footprint is 14 tons per year, which is about 12% below the national average. Aside from the earth, Anika loves solving word puzzles and watching horror movies.
